and documented manner. We ensure to build
confidence in the customer that the equipment
and services provided by us confirms to the
requirements of the customer and would perform
satisfactorily in service over its life period. |

Apart
from the above followed Quality certification systems,
ICON controls is also an ISO 9001:2000 Certified
organization. It has successfully implemented the
quality processes recommended by ISO and is has received
the certificate in April 2007. |

Quality plan presents the quality control checks
exercised on various activities. This plan details step
by step; the operations, documents and various
components. All projects are tracked by the project plan
to deliver quality output and timely completion. The
project plan is revised monthly and the customers are
updated of the status of work and milestones that were
achieved during the past month. |

Acceptance norm for the
characteristics, method of maintaining records thereof
as a proof of having exercised the control successfully,
the agency responsible for performing and witnessing the
checks and for verifying the records thereof. |
